Core property rules

• Standard check-in: 2:00 PM.
• Standard check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Reception hours: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• 100% smoke-free property.
• Parking on grass is not permitted.
• Pet and EV charging fees are additional.

Early arrival

Arrival before 1:00 PM: AUD $30, subject to availability/approval.

Late checkout

After 10:00 AM: AUD $30 per hour, capped at the cost of a full additional night.

After-hours arrival

Guests are asked to confirm their estimated arrival time before 6:00 PM. Pre-arranged late arrivals are free, using the secure lockbox or eligible digital-key process. Unannounced or unarranged arrivals requiring staff assistance after midnight may incur an AUD $100 call-out fee.

Housekeeping

For multi-night stays, housekeeping is provided once mid-stay. Exact timing depends on the length of stay and operational schedule.

Local booking restriction

Bookings from guests residing within approximately 25 km may not be accepted for arrival within 48 hours. Confirm eligibility with the property if this restriction may apply.

Rate-specific conditions

Cancellation, refund, prepayment and payment rules depend on the rate plan and booking channel. Use the live booking system for the exact conditions attached to a specific rate.
