Arrival-time confirmation
Guests are asked to confirm their estimated arrival time before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.

After-hours arrival

Pre-arranged late arrivals remain free of charge, with physical keys available via the secure lockbox system.

Eligible guests may also complete the required digital arrival process and add a supported room key to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Unannounced or unarranged arrivals that require staff assistance after midnight may incur an AUD $100 call-out fee.

A physical room key remains available.
